This ensemble is designed to develop the necessary skills needed to display advanced musicianship capabilities. Members are required to audition for the All-West Band. The Symphonic Band will perform varied repertoire from all musical periods and as well as varied styles.  The Symphonic Band strives for excellence by performing in concerts, performance assessments, and festivals.  After school rehearsals are mandatory in order to attain a high level of performance.  Members must participate in Marching Band. Members of this group should be enrolled in Intermediate Woodwinds I-IV, Intermediate Brass I-IV, Percussion I-IV, or Senior Band Honors I-IV.  Private lessons are strongly recommended.
