​Designed for musicians interested in learning elements of jazz music. Emphasis is placed on development of swing, blues, pop, rock, and Latin styles of repertoire and performance.  Members are required to audition for All-West Band. Performances include concerts, performance assessments, festivals, and music conferences.  Instrumentalists must be in the Symphonic Band unless they play a “non-concert” instrument.  Instrumentalists of this group must be enrolled in Stage Jazz Band Honors I, II, III, IV.
