Make-Up Policy:
All assessments missed due to excused absences must be made up within a week of returning to school. Unless there are extenuating circumstances. Missed assignments due to unexcused absences can be made up within a day, a grade deduction of a letter grade will occur thereafter.

A required alternative assignment takes the place of a performance when the absence is excused. A mandatory performance in band is like a presentation for a class project in any other class.

The practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own is plagiarism. Students found guilty of plagiarism will be subject to disciplinary referral and their assignment will be graded as a zero.
